Caitlin Horsfield, the daughter of retired Police Officers Sean Horsfield (DFPD) & Jean Horsfield (NYPD), is receiving treatment for leukemia and will require regular blood transfusions. A DIRECTED BLOOD DONATION can be given to Caitlin regardless of your blood type at the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Blood Donor Room. Doing so will ensure Caitlin has a steady supply throughout her 8 month course of treatment.

 Mike Costatva Blood Drive

The PBA will be sponsoring a bone marrow recruitment drive for Mike Costatva 
sometime in mid February. As many of you know, Mike has been diagnosed with 
Leukemia as a result of the many hours he spent at Ground Zero after the 9-11 
attacks.
