ESTATE PLANNING SERVICES

We provide estate planning services for our clients in the following areas:

• Wills
• Trusts to avoid Probate and deal with disability
• Medicaid Planning for seniors concerned about nursing homes
• Surrogate’s Court/ Probate – dealing with assets after someone has passed away

We conduct seminars each month to help people understand the issues involved in estate planning.

We always provide a free no obligation consultation.

   BASIC WILL PLAN 

WILL- includes automatic supplemental needs trust ( if a child is disabled) and minor trust (If your children are under 18)  

Health Care Proxy - comprehensive (includes what most attorneys use as living will, plus customized long-term care language,  HIPAA compliance provisions, and ensures decisions remain with family in crisis). 

Power Of Attorney - includes many customized and expanded powers required in crisis situations, but  not included in statutory traditional POA (statutory form). 

Affiliated Police Association members:

$695 for a couple and $395 for a single person.  

Trusts and Medicaid Planning are based on the type of plan provided but all costs are explained during the free consultation.
