Presidents Message: Our organization has grown strong thru the years due to the dedication of all of our member PBA’s. united as one for the good of all. We all have gained knowledge and have supported each other in good times and in bad. The foundation was started by a small group and is growing larger every year. We are a strong voice in Westchester County and Albany for issues concerning law enforcement. Our options and recommendations count. The APA – Affiliated Police Associations of Westchester County has been incorporated since 1989. Our organization was started by 5 PBA Presidents and has grown to over 53 strong representing over 10,000 members. We work together to build a strong PBA' across the county and provide a forum for pba’s to discuss situations across their boundaries. Our meetings are held bi-monthly at Rini’s Restaurant in Elmsford. We encourage all PBA Presidents to attend and represent your PBA and exchange valuable information with other knowledgeable members for the good of all.
